1、黃素梅博士,女,1964年4月生華東師范大學(xué) 教授 博士生導(dǎo)師1987年在華中理工大學(xué)物理系固體物理專業(yè)獲碩士學(xué)位;2000年新加坡國立大學(xué) (National University of Singapore )電子工程系,微電子學(xué)專業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位。
2、2000年至2002年在新加坡數(shù)據(jù)存儲所(Data Storage Institute of Singapore)作博士后研究工作;2002年至2004年在新加坡數(shù)據(jù)存儲所任高級工程師。
3、上海市重大納米專項(xiàng)及“浦江”人才計(jì)劃資助獲得者。
4、研究工作主要包括納米光電子器件,半導(dǎo)體照明技術(shù)、LED芯片制造,太陽能電池技術(shù),近場光學(xué)和近場光學(xué)的納米級加工、高密度磁盤、光盤技術(shù)、超快激光探測以及新功能薄膜材料的制備和研究。
5、在國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物Applied Physics letters (APL)發(fā)表多篇論文。
6、 近年來的研究工作主要包括薄膜太陽能電池?銅銦鎵硒和染料敏化太陽能電池技術(shù)?透明電極制備技術(shù)? 高亮度LED芯片制造?納米粒子自組裝排布技術(shù)?納米粒子及其?粒串的近場光學(xué)作用研究?局域表面等離子體子的近場光學(xué)作用研究?左手材料 (Left-handed materials) 及超穎材料 (Metamaterials) 的納米光電研究。
7、在著名的國際學(xué)術(shù)刊物Applied Physics letters 和Journal of Applied Physics發(fā)表十幾篇論文。
8、共發(fā)表了80余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,60余篇是國際期刊學(xué)術(shù)文章,被SCI檢索?并申請了多項(xiàng)LED芯片、太陽能電池專利。
